Marcus Hale started Juniper Ridge in 2012 with one truck, after years on commercial crews. He had spent that time keeping big sites sharp and wanted to bring the same standard to homeowners who just wanted their yard to look cared for.
The company grew from there, but the way it works has not changed. The foreman who walks your yard is the one who runs the job and the one who comes back for the final walkthrough, so the person who quoted you is the person you talk to on site.
Most weeks start with a mow, a hedge that needs taking back or a bed that has gone to weeds. Spring and fall are when pruning and bed prep do the most good, and that is when the schedule fills fastest.
